Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning got its start when two skilled and experienced heating and air technicians, Ted Heinzelman and Ryan Martin, got tired of the corporate culture of the larger HVAC companies. Too often HVAC technicians are pressured to sell you brand-new equipment as opposed to repairing what you already have or are so overloaded with service calls that they do not have the time to make sure that your questions and issues are fully addressed.
We wanted to feel good about ourselves and the work we did at the end of the day. We decided to get back to the basics of good business.
